A bstract We construct higher spin quasinormal modes algebraically in D -dimensional de Sitter spacetime using the ambient space formalism. The fall into two nonunitary lowest-weight representations of $$ \mathfrak{so} so (1 , ). From a local QFT point view, massless fields are produced by gauge-invariant boundary conserved currents and higher-spin Weyl tensors inserted at southern pole past boundary. also show that spectrum massless/massive spin- s field is precisely encoded Harish-Chandra character corresponding to unitary SO(1 ) representation.

Using the Pöshl-Teller approximation, we evaluate the neutrino quasinormal modes (QNMs) of a Kerr-Newman-de Sitter black hole.
